Through a prophet: Acts 21:10-13; Acts 21:9
When you have the gift of dreams and prophecy: Joel 2:28; 1 Cor 12:7-11
When your spiritual ear is open: 2 Kings 6:16-17; Jude 1:20; Isaiah 48:17-20
God gives you uncommon wisdom: Psalms 25:14

Who can hear from God?
A child of God: Romans 8:14-16

Can't be arguing with your spouse: Psalms 133:1-3 (the more you pray for someone, the more God removes the bitterness from your heart)
